The City of Southaven has announced that its Safe Room, next to the Arena at Southaven on Highway 51 North, is opening to be used as a warming center. It will remain open until temperatures return to above freezing levels. The Southaven Community Safe Room will open today, 12/22 at Noon as a Warming Shelter for those who need a warm place.
