This mortgage company is awful. Lori white was our loan specialist. For 2 weeks she had us going back and forth getting all the documentation she needed. On 3 separate occasions she told us that we were approved only to turn around the next day and tell us if we couldn't do this we couldn't get the loan. Over and over we went back and forth. Long story short, we got tired of her jerking us around so we decided to talk to another mortgage company because once again she told us we were approved but needed to make changes. We had time to get the things done she was asking but of course it was not an easy task. After talking to another loan company we found that all her advise from the beginning was wrong and put us in a worse position than when we started. Lori may have years of experience but she doesn't have a brain. 2 weeks into this with no place to live she told the seller that we were not approved before we met the deadline to take care of the final task she wanted us to do. I had an approval letter from her. She didn't care if we had a place to live or not. She sabatoged our chances of getting the house we wanted because we got exactly what we needed from another mortgage company in 30 minutes compared to her 2 weeks. We were cutting her out so she did want she needed to keep us from buying our home. We are good people and dis every thing she asked. She kept telling us that she was following FHA guidelines but obviously it wasn't true because we were approved the very same day she lied about our denial. Please don't put your trust in this company. The amount of stress and hoops that we have jumped through doing everything that theu asked and we now have to find a place to live. I have 2 small children that need a home. These people don't care about you. I know they have a 4.4 rating but I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I hope I help someone with this review.
